Am I ideal for an Ivy League so far?( should I apply or not?)?

In 8th grade I scored a 21 composite on my ACT and also took Geometry, Algebra 1, and Biology that same year. On my PSAT I received a 53 in critical reading, 49 in math, and a 43 in writing last year. I have been in the CTY Talent Search for John Hopkins and I did Community service over the summer. I volunteered at a local Boys and Girl's club at least 10 hours a week for 4 weeks. I am now a freshman and I’m taking 4 honors cles this year I am hoping to join National Junior Honor Society this year or the next but it’s extremely rare a freshman or sopre receives an invitation. I'm also going to join Forensics, the Recycling club, Academic Challenge and Future Business Leaders of America. I enjoy anime, learning about different cultures, and writing poetry, and making public speeches. I've been told I have pretty good essay skills and I was just wondering if in future years I should consider applying to Ivy League.....I’m not really a sports person but my mom thinks I should join at least 1….
