Dose anyone have any ideas on how to make a fish trap make out of household items?

Hi, im going to Florida for my christmas im leaving christmas night and im going on vacation there.I decided since my grandma who is taking me she owns a camp site and were staying in her rv but anyways she has a pond in her backyard and i wanted to do some fishing in the pond there's alligators and many fish and i just wanted to know if you had any ideas on fish traps something i can put in the water and not have to watch i already made 1 fish trap i took water bottles and tied 5 of them to geather then put hooks on the end of each bottle but i need another one please help me asap thanks, zach
