DOES HE LIKE ME OR IS HE JUST PLAYING?

I have been friends with this guy for a couple of months, since like mid march. He's been so friendly and sweet to me. We text so much every day and he's really flirty with me... last saturday he came over with some friends and i'll just give you some "possible evidence" that he could like me: when we were on the trampoline with people some were laying down and others were standing. We were laying next to eachother and he put his arm around me, and then said to another friend, "look what i've got" and my friend was like "haha, look's like you've caught yourself a *my name*". then he and another friend and i were on the roof and he motions me to sit next to him. he puts his arm around me but then takes it back quickly. Later that night texting., he asked me what my favorite part of the night was. I said i dunno. he said, "i liked when you sat next to me on the roof".. another instance was that same night (he carried me across the yard) and i was texting him later saying "you carried me! that was cool!" and he said "did you like it?" i said. "yeah it was cool" and he said "yeah..i liked it to..especially when you had your arms around me..haha" he's kinda different around me in person with other people than texting... he's kinda shy.. he always makes references of me coming over or something... we snuggle ish during scary movies, but not like romantically i think. more like "ah im scared."..he said he cares about me (as a person) and that he thinks i'm awesome... also, i went to his sports game for the first time (i know a lot of the guys on the team) his mom was talking to my adult friend, and the he had his shirt off.. his mom said to my friend, "why does he have his shirt off? he's never had his shirt off before.." and apparently the coach of the team has heard my name beofre from him or his mom...? Could he like me? or is he just messing with me?
