What Chinese sauce do Oyster Mushrooms go well with, and how would you cook them on their own?

I would stir fry them. Start with some oil and fry finely chopped ginger and garlic, then add the mushrooms and stirfry. At the end, add a mixture of sesame oil, hoisin sauce or oyster sauce, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, thinned with some chicken broth or water. If you have rice wine or mirin, that adds a nice touch.
