Computer wtf!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

ok here is the wierdest thing.my computer's led around the power on is lit but the wierd thing is that the fan wont stop running and the mouse has a red led but that wont come on and my keyboard num-lock light wont turn on...... help plz
