Becoming a professional fisherman? cont.?

I'm honestly becoming pretty serious about it, but I have no idea where to look. I did a couple of searches, and tried to find some way to register for some tournaments, But they are very tered and if they do come my way, they have a HUGE entry fee, or they are halfway through the tournament already. The closest lake that could support a tournament is 75 miles away, and I doubt it does. Anyone have any ideas where to look?
