How does the main group of those who want to discontinue the UK monarchy plan to "divvy up" with UK royals?

Small vocal majority who would sell out what we have for a boring uniform and affectively unknown political position of President. Lets face you ask everyone on the world who is the President of Germany very few in percentage would know. On the other hand if you ask who is the Monarchy of the UK there would be a very large percentage who would know her name.
