How does one say Im sorry for bn a jerk?

About two months ago I met this girl. I ,coming from frustrating relationships wanted to move fast but she was so subtle about the whole issue. I became impatient and texed her that if she is not comfortable she better back off but now.. Darn it I want to see her may be... what do you think I should do?
