Loose skin problem PLEASE HELP :(?

I went down from 145 lbs to 132 lbs in almost 2 months after consulting a diet doctor & I was always working out on my treadmill while dieting for almost an hour for 5 days per week & I was drinking like 3 liters of water daily but I got some loose skin on my upper thighs although I didnt lose that too much weight now I stopped dieting 2 weeks ago but Iam still careful about what Iam eating & I still drink too much water & work out / run on my treadmill almost everyday so what else can I do to tighten up my skin & please dont tell me to go to the gym bec I have no time at all I just work out on my treadmill , do u think it can help tighten up the loose skin on my upper thighs & if yes how long should it take ??? & are there any other excercises or ways to help me tighten up that skin within a month????
