My Dog Has Fleas...Tapeworm?

and she slept right next to my head in bed last night. I didnt know she had them until today when i found 2 crawling in her fur. I got her frontline today. I know that humans can catch tapeworm from ingesting fleas. Do you think that a flea could have jumped off her and gotten into my mouth? Im really worried im going to get tapeworm now. Please help!!!
