Nursing homes in Kansas?

we are trying to find a home for my mother in law who was recently diagnosed with birquets (somatization). she also suffers from several medical conditions due to improper care. we are told we need a level 2 or level 1 facility that will will treat both her psychological and medical conditions equally. any help would be fantastic.
