Ticket Scam?

I recently just made a purchase for 2 bon jovi tickets from a seller off craigs list. After making agreements, the seller told me they contacted ebay and ebay then sent me a notice called safety center and explaint the instructions on how I should pay for my purchase. Surprising enough I found out this was a scan after I sent my money order through western union and it was picked up. Originally this email looked very really to me from outline and graphics to copy right until I searched on good ebay@auction-department.com and it came up as a warning sign for a scam. The seller gave me his full name and address of where I was supposed to send the money but after this, that was all the contact we had. I am from canada and the seller is from the UK. I have been trying to track down a phone number but cannot find a way to get it. Does anyone have any opinions on what I should do about this? I have contacted ebay and a police department in the UK, but am still awaiting replies.
