What does it mean when she says shes confused? ?

Alright me and this girl really like eachother and i asked her out yesterday and she siad she'd phone me later she ended up texing me saying shes confused and that shes really confused and then i went to sleep and she started texing me again asking me whats up and stuff ? and im really confused now to does she want to go out with me or not i really need some advice casue i really feel confused whats wrong here?????? thanks for your answers
