Help me please my cat?

she is a persian cat , i think its about three weeks old her canines have erupted anyway it seem behind her left ear there is an area having minmial hair where the skin having a dark color not very dark and scaly kind of texture, her nose contains 2 spots devoid from hair they are small and her left eye is kind of watery, sheonly drinksmilk and nofood, i asked a friend (vet) told me it mightbe a fugus so hetold me to use tincture iodine notmore than 1% so i bought and i dilute it and applied it...couldu please tell me whats going on and if i amgoingon the right track
