I put a harrow box on a torque pro and now it hooks down, why?

I had a torque pro and a Warrior Alloy 6000 (crap shaft) and I shot fine with it. I went out and bought a harrow box and put it on the Torque pro and now it hooks down..does anyone know why? Also the head and shaft are loose and they jiggle a bit even though I've tightened the screw a thousand times! Do the two not work together?
