My hcg levels are not doubling.they are high i say im 4 weeks dr says 8 and insist on a tubal but i feel fine.?

i had a tubal 2 years ago ( i thought i was dying) i remember all too well. i was going to go out with the girls 2 weeks ago and so i took a preg test. since hubby and i are not using protection. it came back pos. i went to the health dep to verify. my bp was high so they sent me to the er. ever since i have been going in every 2days for my beta hcg levels and a trans l ultra so far my levels are not quiet doubling and they are really high for how far i am. so far nothing in the sonogram if i am only 4 weeks 5 days they wouldnt see anything in the sonogram for another week .the dr insist i am further along then i think. insist im not.i know im high risk but everything feels right.no cramps no bleeding just the norm tender brest nausia no puking yet just nausous. any one have any input? i dont want to let them DO anything until i feel it is a lost cause too.
